Kristine Kosareva, founder of Dragonfly Skin Day Spa, had a bold vision for her first beauty salon in Leeds. Having won the CIDESCO Global Award for Spa Management, Kristine wanted to create a spa that was more than just a destination for treatments—she wanted to build an oasis of vitality in the heart of the city. Her brand was founded on a commitment to holistic, eco-friendly therapy, a principle that needed to be reflected in every aspect of the physical space.
The challenge:
The goal was to design an interior that combined high-end luxury with a calming, nature-led sensibility. The space needed to feel like a complete escape from the busy city centre, immersing clients in a tranquil, sensory experience from the moment they arrived. The design had to embody the spa's ethos of using organic products and natural treatments while offering a vast array of high-quality services, from facials and massages to body sculpting and flotation therapy.

Reis Design worked closely with Kristine to understand her precise requirements and capture the unique spirit of the Dragonfly brand. Our approach focused on a seamless blend of natural elements, bespoke fixtures, and intelligent space planning.
